In USA, our price for Step 2, “WORD MARK + LOGO” includes 2 different applications: one for word mark and one for logo. This is necessary in the USA if your logo contains verbal elements and you intend to use them separately from the logo. Nevertheless, it is possible to file one application for the logo (with or without words) or word mark only, in which case the price is half.

There are three ways to file a Trademark Registration in the US: "Intent to Use", "Actual Use" or in connection to a foreign registration. If currently you are not using your trademark and you don't have a foreign application/registration, then we will file your trademark as "Intent to Use". In this case, we will need to show usage of the mark within 6 months of receiving a Notice of Allowance from the US Trademark Office (this usually occurs about 10 to 18 months after filing). This Statement of Use has a cost of USD 300 per class.

Timeframe for registration are estimated and may considerably vary if objections and/or oppositions are presented, or other events occur during the trademark registration process.
